Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Booth Operator with 1 to 2 years of experience in auto & manual spray guns on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the operation of both automatic and manual powder coating guns, specifically GEMA or Nordson equipment, and will have experience in a production environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•Operate and maintain GEMA Automatic & Manual Powder Coating Booth.
•Manage and oversee production operations, ensuring efficient powder booth performance.
•Lead a team in machine operation processes to meet production targets and quality standards.
 
Qualifications:
 
•Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (DAE) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution (preferred).
•Practical knowledge of powder coating processes and GEMA machine operations.
•Previous experience as a Production Operator in an automatic or manual powder coating plant.

The candidate should have knowledge of executing and troubleshooting the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, to ensure continuous operations.
Operate, maintain, repairs and does necessary adjustment of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCU’s, Split A/C Units, Window A/C Units, Cold rooms. Coolers, Ice machines, Extract fans and all the HVAC related equipment.


Performs preventive maintenance work and highlighting the issues along with the Sub Contractor appointed for HVAC AMC, such as servicing of motors and air-conditioning and refrigerators as per the maintenance schedule and maintains service / history reports.


Responding immediately for any emergency request for fire alarm, gas alarm etc.


Maintain buildings, performing minor and routine Major and Minor MEP, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities.

We are seeking an experienced Aluminium Fabricator familiar with UAE Base Aluminum sections & standards to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble aluminium windows, doors, wall cladding, and frames by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Read technical drawings, operate hand tools and machinery, and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address fabrication issues and make adjustments.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
Requirements:
Strong experience in aluminium fabrication and installation.
Skilled in operating fabrication machinery and working with various aluminium finishes.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Salary: AED 1,200 – AED 2,000 per month.

Measure, cut, and install glass panels for windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces.
Handle different types of glass, such as tempered, laminated, and insulated glass, and install them safely.
Follow safety standards and ensure all installations meet quality and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction and carpentry basics.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Skilled in working with various glass finishes and tools.
Salary: AED 1,200 – AED 2,000 per month.
